Our products

Our Montana factory is specialized in the production of headwear, gloves and accessories.

Main lines and skills in

Factory  - 1200 m² located in the city of Montana - NorthWest of Bulgaria (100 km. N of capital Sofia).

Staff  - total 100 persons including 3 confection teams with quality and finishing sections as well as  reception, cutting, forming, packing and dispatch. Capacity - 40000 pieces per month – ready made and/or CMT.We dispose with:

• CAD/CAM system facility
• Original equipment for pre-forming and forming by steam and dry-heat textile and felt.
• Wooden and aluminium hatblocks - all size series - single, five-part and multiblock .
• Embroidery - DMC, Coats, Sulky, Madeira or Ackermann threads
• Packing and sawing thread - local facilities
